1. Terms of Service for the Use of Hatch Games Websites and Services

7. Payment Obligations

You may buy virtual items within the Services for your own personal, non-commercial entertainment. Virtual items remain the property of Hatch Games and stay under our management and control. Hatch Games may withdraw access to virtual items at any time, without liability.

7.2 Fees, Refunds and Returns

All sales made through the Services are final, and we do not provide refunds or exchanges except where the law requires it. If your account or the Services come to an end, any unused virtual items are forfeited without compensation.

8. Prohibited Uses
